The need
Create a custom solution tailored to the employees' children
Progettare Zerosei created a corporate nursery-school: a creative place for children inspired by principles of pedagogical innovation and in synergy with the OTB-Diesel business philosophy. Thus the company can also be a social enterprise and offer day-care services to employees and their children

The solution
The educational project supports the expressive potential of all children
In partnership with Slow Food, Progettare Zerosei created a “customized” kindergarten that represents the values of the OTB-Diesel group. It was conceived as a creativity laboratory for employees’ children: in the atelier space and in the vegetable garden created outdoors, teachers and atelierists work in synergy. The pedagogical innovation model supports the expressive potential of boys and girls aged 0 to 6, in a new and contemporary dimension designed to shape the future citizens of the world.
